Design and Planning
(Auto CAD Plans, 3D Drawings, and Computer Drafting)
We believe that landscape design is as much a creative process as a scientific and technical one. It is the unique choice and placement of harmonious shapes, colors, forms, and textures within the setting that yield a successful landscape environment. Our design services begin by developing a custom conceptual plan that fits your personal tastes and lifestyle. We create an accurate, to scale base plan from your property survey. We then prepare preliminary design sketches of the areas you are interested in developing. After we go over the plan together to determine whether all of your needs have been met, we modify the concepts to produce a master plan. Then, we produce Auto CAD drawings, 3D designs, and computer generated images (day and night) that show you how your property will look when the project is completed.

Construction, Renovation, and Installation

Our construction, installation, and renovation crews will work alongside you, your builder, or your general contractor to help ensure that everything goes as planned and for input on any decisions that need to be made along the way. The most common times for us to be involved are to approve preparation for installing hardscape, bender board, or other space defining materials, to place plants prior to planting, and to answer design questions. At this stage, all plant materials, irrigation, water features, lighting, and outdoor structures and accents are installed. Our specific services are: construction, renovation, and installation of landscaping, irrigation, lighting, watering, and outdoor structures.
